Here's what we do for you!
- We qualify applicants for the property owners for possible rental and leasing of property, verifying credit and references.
- Complete a small application with applicants.
- Collect rent and make disbursements of same.
- Notify owners of potential problems at the property, late rent payments, and problems relating to renters.
- Take care of minor maintenance problems.
- Notify owners of serious maintenance problems. We are their "eyes and ears."
- On "rent with purchase option" we assist applicants in securing necessary financing so they can exercise this option, process purchase agreements and closing documents.
- Property Management is done for both occupied and unoccupied dwellings. In the case of unoccupied we insure that roofs are clear of snow, lawns are cut, furnaces are working satisfactory, etc.
